    Preparation Steps

    1

Combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into 12 small patties (making 4 hamburgers with 3 layers each).

    2

Cook the bacon in a dry skillet until crispy, then set aside.

    3

Slice the red onion into rings and sauté in the same skillet with a little butter until softened and slightly browned.

    4

In a hot skillet or on a grill, cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip.

    5

After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on every other patty, then cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.

    6

Cut the hamburger buns in half, then butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.

    7

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of each bun, then top with a lettuce leaf.

    8

Add the first patty, then top with a slice of cooked bacon, a tomato slice, and pickled cucumber.

    9

Repeat the layering with the second and third patties, adding cheese and bacon between each layer.

    10

Spread BBQ sauce and ketchup on the top half of the bun, then place it on the hamburger.

    11

Serve immediately with French fries or coleslaw.
