Slice the bagel in half and lightly toast it in a pan or toaster until crispy.
Slice the tomato and cucumber into thin rounds. Rinse the arugula in cold water and pat dry.
Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of the bagel, then top with arugula, tomato slices, and cucumber.
Add the turkey breast ham, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the top half of the bagel on top and gently press down so the flavors meld together. Serve immediately!
