In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add the cottage cheese and egg.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. TIP: If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten them to form cookie shapes. TIP: Wet hands will make it easier to shape the cookies.
