    Preparation Steps

    1

Prepare all the ingredients. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces, separate the eggs, and place the egg whites in a clean bowl.

    2

Combine the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and blueberries.

    3

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until lukewarm, then pour into the egg yolk mixture.

    4

Place the chocolate and butter in a small bowl and melt over a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

    5

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.

    6

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the chocolate mixture. Mix well to combine.

    7

Grease a soufflé dish with butter, then pour in the batter.

    8

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes, until the soufflé has risen nicely and is golden brown.

    9

Once done, let it cool slightly, then serve warm and sprinkle with a few fresh blueberries on top.
