In a bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings: thinly slice the red onion, slice the bell pepper into strips, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the avocado.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the risen dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle with oregano, and distribute the red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes on top.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, arrange the fresh avocado slices and basil leaves on top.
Slice and serve immediately! For an even richer flavor, you can drizzle the pizza with a little extra olive oil.
