In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the risen dough into two equal portions and roll each out into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pizza base and top with sliced plant-based mozzarella.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C). Bake the pizzas for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and the plant-based mozzarella has melted and is slightly golden.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a touch of olive oil.
