Roll out the pizza dough to fit the size of the pan, leaving the edges slightly thicker.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano and basil.
Arrange the vegan cheese slices over the tomato sauce, and then evenly distribute the vegan pepperoni slices on top.
Drizzle the pizza with olive oil to help the cheese melt nicely and enhance the flavor of the pepperoni during baking.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the vegan cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes after baking, then slice and serve immediately.
