Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a tortilla wrap on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla wrap. Sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Wash and thinly slice the bell pepper and mushrooms. Arrange the vegetables on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated vegan cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh arugula and enjoy immediately.
