2 Carrots
1 pc Parsley Root
1 stalk Celery
2 Potatoes
1 pc Onion
2 cloves Garlic
150 g Green Peas
200 g Cauliflower
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 bunch Fresh Parsley
1 liter Water or Vegetable Broth

    Preparation Steps

    Peel and chop all the vegetables.
