Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour a portion of the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the cooked waffle bun and place it on a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve fresh, or fill with your favorite sandwich ingredients.
