Melt the butter over low heat, then let it cool for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth, creating a thick yet pourable batter.
Preheat a griddle or pancake pan and lightly grease it with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, making a pancake shape, but keeping it thicker for a waffle-like texture.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute, or until golden brown.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter, stacking the pancake-waffle layers on top of each other.
Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or on low heat.
Layer the pancake-waffles with Nutella or chocolate spread, and place fresh fruits in between.
When serving, drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with whipped cream and extra fruits.
