Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and ground walnuts.
Melt the butter and beat until fluffy with the granulated sugar and honey. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a homogeneous batter forms. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the powdered sugar, honey and ground walnuts.
Once cooled, slice the cake in half horizontally and fill with the walnut and honey cream. Frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream.
Decorate the top of the cake with whole walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
