    Preparation Steps

    1

In a large bowl, place the flour and create a well in the center. Crumble in the fresh yeast and add the sugar. Pour in the lukewarm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, allowing the yeast to activate.

    2

Once the yeast has proofed, add the olive oil and salt. Mix well, then knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

    3

Shape the dough into a ball, return it to the bowl, cover, and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

    4

When the dough has risen, roll it out to a thickness of about 2-3 cm. Place it in a baking sheet greased with olive oil.

    5

Crumble the goat cheese and spread it evenly over the dough.

    6

Evenly distribute the walnut cream over the dough, then gently press it down so that the ingredients are embedded into the dough.

    7

Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy.

    8

After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
