400 g Fresh watermelon (seedless, pureed)
100 g Granulated sugar
30 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
200 ml Heavy cream
150 ml Milk
5 ml Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt

    Chop the watermelon, remove the seeds, and blend until smooth in a large bowl.

    In a separate small saucepan, combine the sugar and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it cool completely.

    Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and cooled sugar mixture to the watermelon puree. Mix well.

    Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, stir with a fork to break up any ice crystals. Repeat this process for 3-4 hours.
