200 ml Heavy Cream
200 ml Milk
50 g Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
2 tbsp Whisky
3 tbsp Caramel Syrup
1 packet Vanilla Sugar

    Prepare all the ingredients. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not boil, just warm through.

    In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the warm milk and cream, then pour the mixture back into the saucepan while stirring constantly.

    Cook the mixture over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly. Be careful not to let it boil.
