1 kg Wild Boar Meat (Shoulder or Thigh)
2 Onions
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Caraway Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
3 tbsp Lard or Oil
200 ml Red Wine
500 ml Water
1 bunch Fresh Parsley

    Thoroughly wash the wild boar meat, pat it dry with paper towels, and cut it into cubes.

    In a large pot, heat the lard or oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

    Add the crushed garlic, Hungarian sweet paprika, salt, black pepper, and ground caraway seeds. Stir well to combine.

    Add the wild boar meat and sear on all sides until browned, stirring constantly.
